Trade & Public Day Access

TRADE DAY ACCESS 14TH – 18TH JULY 2008
Cars
Labelled cars will be directed to the designated entry gate and internal car park according to label.
Unlabelled cars will be directed to either Gate ‘I’/car park 7 or Queens Parade car park, depending on which direction they travel to FI2008. Courtesy buses will be available from these car parks – Queens Parade to Gate’A’ bus station and Gate ‘I’ to the security check point at Gate ‘F’.
A pedestrian route from Queens Parade will be signposted and will take you to Gate ‘B’ via a footbridge over the A325. Please note that this route is not suitable for wheelchair users.
Coaches
All labelled coaches will be directed to enter via Gate ‘A’ and, depending on label colour, drop passengers at the dedicated bus station or at their destination within the Show site.
Unlabelled coaches will be directed to Claycart coach parking area and visitors access the Show via a pedestrian route through Gate ‘G’.

PUBLIC DAY ACCESS 19TH – 20TH JULY 2008
Labelled car parking will be as for Trade days.
Two additional car parks - Rushmoor Arena and Eelmoor - will be in use on Public Days. Visitors will again, be directed to car parks depending on direction of travel to the Airshow. A free courtesy bus service between the three main external car parks and the Exhibition Site will operate throughout both days – Queens Parade to Gate ‘A’ and Rushmoor/Eelmoor to Gate ‘F’.
Please note that the internal courtesy bus services will be limited on Public Days.
Coach parking will be as for Trade Days.

Disabled Parking
A designated disabled car park is located at Gate ‘F’, signposted and accessed from Government House Road.
Contractors/deliveries
All contractors and deliveries enter the Exhibition Site via Gate ‘I’
which is accessed via Laffans Bridge on the A323. It is signposted from the M3 and local routes with AA signs.		 AA Air Show Password
Pass Process Unit
This is also situated at Gate ‘I’ via A323/ Laffans Bridge.
